We are in need of a Virtual assistant to help with: - Customer Support Questions - Account credit reloads - Troubleshooting tech issues with Vendors - New Account creations - General technical support (password resets, credit adjustments etc) This will be a weekend Shift on SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9am EST - 5pm EST (8 hour shift) Total of 16 hours every week.
