I want the entire front-end moved to the latest 5.x release so I can take advantage of its modern framework, performance improvements and long-term support. I am developing an integrated water-resource model for the Eastern Nile, with the focus narrowed to the Blue Nile Basin. The core task is to build, calibrate and validate a detailed SWAT+ representation of the basin’s hydrology and then couple the results to a WEAP framework so I can test alternative water-allocation scenarios across sectors and seasons.
