He instalado los módulos Commerce VAT, Commerce European Union VAT para gestionar los impuestos, y el módulo Commerce shipping Province weight, para manejar los envíos según peso. El IVA según el módulo Commerce VAT se calcula revisando el IVA más alto aplicado dentro de las líneas del pedido, que en mi caso es IVA reducido (10%), y al envío le debo aplicar el 21%.
