When they connect to my network they get the log in and psw form where they put the voucher code. On these form i would like to add 3 new fields: First name, Last name, e-mail for gathering personal data. So far i have a mikrotik hotspot on a external web page. Hotspot is radius hotspot using mikrotik userman. So I need mikrotik hotspot log in page with 3 extra fields (Firs name, Last name, e-mail).
