We employ approximately 100 engineers who are based all over the UK and I would like to provide them with a regular newsletter informing them about important technical updates that they need to be aware of ( service bulletins) and to keep them updated with progress we are making as a business in improving quality, reliability and the support we can offer engineers out in the field. The problem is - there is a lot of quite technical information to distribute - it is a bit boring - although useful - and it is difficult to digest / not easy to read.
