Please provide a response structured to address the below 2 requirements.

SEO and Marketing
I have a series of ebooks being developed starting in July. I want the first ebook published to an existing site (http://www.thinktanks.co.za) as well as blogs. Content for ebook, blogs and social will be provided but I need everything from there to be done i.e. SEO keyword research, update to ebook\blog for relevant keywords, publishing of ebook, sign up form to download ebook,
I would like to track this conversion funnel in existing Google Analytics account.

Website Changes:
Meet the Team: Remove profiles of Eugene, Nischen, William, Eric, Arnold, Benoit.Add profiles of Raaziq, Dylan anad Julian - Image, title, Bio and LinkedIn link to be provided.
Case Study - Add case study for Capitec with form for access, Change existing case studies to require form to access (case studies are linked under service management as well as success stories)
Solutions: Remove Solutions-&gt;Software Development Link
Mobile: Add mobile interface for the site, all pages should be accessible via mobile
Wordpress Updates: Review and update wordpress and plugins
SSL to be added if possible
Recommend and scope other site changes particularly to improve SEO scoring

Required Skills:
Modify existing Website through WordPress and associated plugins
Design Website for mobile using Worpdress or associated plugins
SEO Optimisation
Increase Inbound Conversion Rate
Post Blog and social content, able to determine correct timing and SEO for posts
Design Call to Action pages and perzonalise messaging based on location, traffic source, device
Run A/B tests on landing pages to optimise conversions

Duration:
This is a starter project and will lead to ongoing maintenance as future ebooks are scheduled.
