I would like to take my book called “That’s My Property” (uploaded as a file) and turn it into a visual book.

“The Visual MBA” by Jason Baron is a great example of what I mean. I need an illustrator/design that can take my book and turn it into instructive learning visuals the same way the “Visual BMA” book is.

The illustrator needs to add their own “style” to the visuals so they obviously don’t look/ have the same art style as the images in the “visual MBA”.

But attached below are various examples of the book that shows what I mean on how the author was able to describe financial and education topics visually through images.

The final format needs to be in pdf pages.

Again - this is a full visual real estate book.

    for 500 illustrations (which is an estimate that is required), the work of creative proposal (that is, reading your book and putting each illustrated page situation by situation), you must increase the cost of the contest. With 2000 you are giving 4 dollars per illustrated sheet.
    You must define your contest well:
    1) Just illustrate one section to see your illustration style and then hire a freelancer to finish the rest of the book
    2) Increase the cost of your contest

    Otherwise you will continue receiving only covers of your book, stock drops.

    dear contest owner. Your project has caught my attention, but before I commit and "get to work", I need to know exactly what you want.
    The book of "The Visual MBA" has the majority (60%) illustrated from beginning to end, and has correctly annotations and ties between the designed images and the text.
    Perhaps, do you expect us to read the 226 pages of your book, and we, at our discretion, illustrate what we believe pertinent?... Or, do you only require that we illustrate the chapters?... Before committing myself, I need to know, because the illustration will have the same impact as your content, and you must indicate the visual intention of the illustrations...

      Agreed. Other book have visuals inside text and are with annotations. Please choose some pages you want to have illustrations and send us the annotations for those. That is the only best way.
