I need a mobile weppage(not mobile application). I would like it designed and built.

it should be a platform for many restaurant and coffee shop etc.(please refer to a attached pdf file)

it need each restaurant menu and each payment account and each admin page,
and our company(main controller)would have total management page.

and it need to be linked to POS machine(need POS program for each shop) and kitchen printer.

I attach a sketch for food ordering flow with reference video and website.

I think that I will supply QR code(will be placed on the table in the restaurant) which have each shop url,
