Subscriber data base "I want a to buid a secure service where we can register users for a service to be provided. this platform must be allow self register from new users, passwords, passwords change to create an account. the purpose of this website will be to provide a rental service for an specific items that will later on be link to an existing another platform. The team or person to do this job will be concentrated on the user portal website, account creation, service activation and creditcard or paypal payment option for ecommerce. local team will be working together to link this product/service to our already existing gps solution device which will interact using a webservice we will provide.
the solution will be a subscription service with 2 or 3 plan options, one time rental or recurring options, etc. all activities, historic data shoud be able to be consulted at anytime by user or adminstrator of the solution.
Robust pre-existing solutions or open or licensed platform are also considered viable as long as the developer can quickly adapt, respond and add neccesary custom modifications.

    I need the turnkey solution, i must be able to administer the accounts creation, create products, plan and pricing. also since it is a rental service product , the user must be able to reserve the product for a specific date.
