I would like to build a resume writing website for my new resume writing start-up similar to the framework of: Resumewritinggroup.com
-the site needs to be secure
-enable the communication by email and by uploading of documents from customer through the site
-ability to receive and refund payments over the internet (credit card and direct debit)
-Ability to have online forms where customers can fill out and answer specific questionnaires and intake forms
-may use any of the existing website building programs such as: wordpress, squarespace,

  This contest is more than enough as a fee for what you require. Once the timer runs out just pick whoever has the best proposal as the winner. They can then collaborate with you, hand you over the files which you can upload to your hosting and you will have your website. If you create a new project now it will be a lot of hassle for nothing. People here who suggest making projects and hiring them only do so because they can't take 5-10 minites from their day to submit a decent proposal above, theres no point in hiring such people.
