Hi there,

we have the full project in the uploaded file, but here is a short description :

we are a youth hostel for backpacker tourists in the city center of bruges, belgium.
we are moving from an old building to a new and we will be changing the design completely,

we need a new logo , a new lay-out for the website , maybe artwork for the front window , .. a bit everything , but we need a basic design first.

with this contest we hope to have a draft/sketch of a logo where we get a pretty good idea for an atmosphere and design ,
we also hope to get some sketches/idea for the website layout and design ,
adding more sketches and ideas into the total package will help us form a good idea

winner gets 80 EUR

!! Some decisions have been made, font has to be similar to calibri bold, the polaroid frames have to be in there , do you take them from the front of the building or just from the real frames, you have to put them in there. keep on the good work !

!! if you are making a logo , the words snuffel and hostel should be in there .

!! remember that we are asking for sketches - drafts , not at all a finished product, just ideas to get us going, best chance you have of winning is sending us 2-3 hand drawn/ or quick photoshop drawing where we see the general idea.

!! We like the dogs but we would like to see the window frames accented too because they are the main outside feature on the building, they are based on old polaroid post cards.
i'll give some links for ideas what we had in mind, make the nostalgic feel of the pictures sent by the post, but make it modern also :

For all the multitudes of requirements, the one who wins is just because the background color matches the paint color of the building and has some polaroid images with pics not even remotely connected with Belgium.

  hi , we are looking for ideas sketches drawings, and i think it is best to let a lot of people enter submissions, and we will look for what we like best. after that we will decide if we create another contest to make the best of the idea we have chosen .

  hi, you should try to get a similar style like that what we have now. you should have watch the pictures in the document so that you can represent the same but fresh and new. make anything you want but we have young people coming from all over the world , so it has to be a bit neutral.
