Seeking a logo for a new publishing/media company, Rain Harbor. Prefer modern flat designs and sans serif fonts. We're open to alternative and innovative ideas/concepts, so please be creative. Thanks in advance for your interest and effort.

Scope of Work:

-- Logo Design

- Black, white, color, and transparent versions delivered as a final layered Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop files (ready for export in various sizes and formats)
- Same versions exported as finished files ready for print and web
- Style guide/rulebook that highlights/explains colors, fonts, shapes, spacing, etc.

Timeframe:

7 days

Terms:

100% upon completion and acceptance of final deliverables.

***Designer must be willing to sign company's "Work for Hire" Agreement, granting all ownership/user rights to the company, prior to receiving payment. Please do not submit designs if this is not something you are not willing to sign.***
