I am a physical therapist and I work with strength-sport athletes, mostly powerlifters and weightlifters. I have designed a Template that can progress these athletes through a hands-off, self-rehabilitation for lower back pain. This template was created on miscrosoft excel, and my experience with this program is limited. I would like to make this look as professional as possible without losing functionality from computer or phone use (many athletes will be using this from their phones). Artistic freedom is granted. My logo is on the top left of each tab (business colors are blue and grey).

To Reiterate: I want this to look as professional as possible, and I would like this to be easy to use on the phone.
