The website is mainly for updating news, features are
1. Able to post with pic/video along with content (supported media type jpg, jpeg, png, video of all types).
2. The content is i18n supported.
3. After the above content is updated, there should be an option to create a new page or link.
4. We need to research how to grab/crawl the news from other news channels (like Google, BBC,..all news websites and channels ).
a. Once you grab the news details should show on the website with proper title and description.
5. implement SEO

For the above requirement, I need prototyping and implementation details for this project so that I can have look and get back to you. Also if you feel to implement in new technology your welcome to do.

Need to get confirmation when going to deliver working code, with the unit testing with full features.

If the idea and implementation details suitable no limitation on the price.

Dear Sir,

The last project on witch I worked on, on freelancer.com, is just about the same thing, it is based on Java 11/ Angular 8/Spring/Jpa/(MySQL for production and H2 for dev mode), it accesses specific websites extracts content and updates status in database in scheduled manner.

I think You need juste the same thing.
