I need a logo created for my digital marketing business, which helps local brands stand out online. The name of the business is ‘lotusX’

I’d like it to look:
1. Iconic, modern & innovative ( I like the look of App logos)
2. In a shape of a lotus ( doesn't need to be traditional..but instead creative, edgy and trendy)
3. Combination of colours that can be used: Magenta, Purple, Red, Blue & White

I need two versions created:
1. Icon and name [lotusX] (combined as one logo)
2. Icon only

I need them created in (for my website and business card):
1. Web ready (300 dpi) hi-res psd or jpeg
2. Print ready

I've attached some logo designs on word that I like to give you an idea of what I'm looking for.
