Advertise the fact that our on-line tracking tool allows facilities to track when contractors are in the building - can be used by security, management, site superintendents, etc

As restrictions on COVID-19 are slowly lifted, renovations, contractor, and construction are being allowed into buildings.

However, there are expert opinions that facilities should protect themselves by taking steps to ensure that contractors entering the building are not putting the resident and staff at risk.

Our 3D Security software has a contractor tracking function that allows security/management to record names, dates, and times of contractors in your building. Professional managers have been using this information to track regular site visits from preventative maintenance contracts. As the log tracks time in and time out of the building, managers are also using the software to vet invoices to ensure that they are receiving proper value.

We have now added a brief COVID-19 questionnaire to the logging process. Any contractor coming into the building answers simple questions and then (digitally) signs the report. This becomes an electronic record of the contractor log that property management can access should the need ever arise.
All this information can be updated through a computer or any smart device (like a phone or tablet)

From a safety & security standpoint, facilities should always be aware of who is in their property and for what reason. Most rely on work orders that are received from the contractor, but what if you do not get them?
For a low monthly fee, 3D Contractor Log allows your staff to log the information - much like a delivery - on our secured web-based system. Once an account is created, contractors can be logged in by the superintendent, property manager, concierge, admin assistant, security guard, etc. The information can be entered through a computer or any smart device such as a phone or tablet. The contractor can be asked to sign with either a styles or digit using our touch screen, creating a permanent record that the facility can access as needed
Weekly and monthly contractor reports can be provided to management

    I couldn't understand how come some amazing entries has been rejected earlier on the contest while similar entries to those rejected were chosen later as winners. Contest holder could have asked for modifications instead of demotivating freelancers with "rejected". Unfair.

    How about that monthly contract line: might be more compelling to change it to look like the person in the picture is thinking to him/her self and add quotations - example: " what about our monthly services ?- I should check that that the contractors were in last month before I process this invoice..."
