I am starting a home-based business using my farm, organically raised herbs and flowers as well as foraged herbs/flowers/plants to make nourishing soaps and other botanical products. I don't want to be limited to soap, however, that will be my main product line. I live in a forest in New York State. I was inspired by birch trees on my property and a stately owl when I moved to this 30 acre farm.
My business name is Between the Birch and subtitle thought is "plant based products". I also plan to donate a portion of profits and/or product to local charities. I am on a tight budget but need some help to realize this dream in order to keep farming. My style leans toward modern, somewhat feminine but absolutely not cutesy. I would like a logo to be used for labeling, business cards and social media/website use. A really important item I need is a custom laser acrylic stamp to imprint my logo onto my soaps - this may require some adjustment to a logo for the stamp company. I also would need full use and copyright of the logo. I would appreciate anyone willing to take on this contest. Thank you for reading.

Thank you for the entries everyone. For anyone thinking of submitting an entry, I do not want an aloe image or icon. The aloe plant is overused in the cosmetic industry and is quite generic. Vintage modern text/images are great, modern/thin font, lowercase can be used for some of the text. Thanks so much for your kind attention.

I'm hoping to help people with my products - skin problems, etc. I'm a friendly person. I think the logo should reflect that. I know everyone interprets style differently. I'm encouraged by the response to my contest so far and I want to help any designer that wants to help me. I think less chunky text would be great. Elegant, modern but still have some traditional image types so that people could tell what I'm doing would be great. Not sure if everyone reads the whole contest description, but, that would be a help. Thank you so much for reading and submitting. I'm totally encouraged here.
