Updated title: Logo Design for Hip-Hop, Anime, and Gaming Company

----READ IN DETAIL. Many contestants not following basic guidelines posted at the end.----
We are H.A.G Entertainment, a social community and media company serving fans and businesses related to everything hip-hop, anime, and gaming. We have a very active social community and we recently started offering our advertising and promotional services to businesses and entrepreneurs that would like to leverage our niche. We are in dire needed of updated logos especially as we start to offer apparel/merchandise as well as host and sponsor events where we want our logo to be plastered on a banner and/or marketing material.

Currently we have two logos. A traditional text logo and a graphical logo in silhouette style. The text logo is not suitable for print and really needs updating. The graphical logo, we are actually quite fond of the concept but it looks rather plain and we would like refreshing. We are open to completely new ideas for a graphic logo or some sort of refresh/improvement on the existing graphic logo. We really like the idea that the three topics of our organization are represented in the silhouettes.

What we are looking for/Guidelines:
- As previously stated, we need TWO separate logos. A traditional text logo and an image/icon based logo.
- We will need to have the original working files of the logos in AI or PSD format. We also need any font files that are used that are not native to the standard install of Windows 10.
- Our primary colors are black, white and dark red (something along the lines of #9f0b0b, does not have to be exact). If you need a second accent color to really enhance the design, please use dark blue (something along the lines of #143ca2, does not have to be exact).
- We need a final flattened image file (PNG, TIFF) that is high resolution and will be suitable for print. As mentioned, this logo will go on not only apparel but large banners when we host or sponsor events.
- A favicon for our website.
- Extra consideration will be given to those that can demonstrate how both logos will look on both light and dark backgrounds or that make alternative versions for each.

I have attached our current logos for reference.

UPDATE:
- This content is open for 3 weeks so you can take some time and actually come up with a concept. Some of you are posting concepts you have either created and used for other contests/clients or just quickly threw together. Please take more deliberate time when submitting your entries. Thanks!
