Currently looking to refresh the look/feel of an existing company logo/branding assets as well as establish a new holding companies look and feel. Logo/Branding work is being completed prior to website design work so looking to set the tone for both companies.

Business cards - Name, title, website, email, mobile
Banner specifics - 1536x768 recommended (Linkedin and others seem to prefer this size)
Letterhead - A4 dimensions
Logo formats - EPS and vector graphics (must scale)

Existing Company to be refreshed - "Rogue Networks" (www.roguenetworks.com.au) is an existing IT and integration company originally servicing mining and corporate customers, but now also catering to consumer sales and support. Looking to build a fresh and modern/fun look to the company and move away from the darker designs in the current business. Open to ideas on this, would like to keep the green as a primary colour, but not necessary.

New company - "Glyph Ventures" is a professional advisory and venture holding entity. Mostly around startup establishment and experimentation. For this reason looking to be edgy and clean (but not aggressively so). Not expected to be compatible with Rogue Networks branding above and can take a completely different approach.

No specific timeline on these documents and am open to suggestions or ideas (feel free to bid for one or both if needed).

Please note that there are two logos being requested as part of this job. And with both logos the idea is that it should be presentable on paper and web easily. There is also no intention to use 'tag lines' as part of the logos or any other materials.
