The websites main function is to advertise the users work internationally. Users can create basic profiles/accounts and upload/download their files.

This .com website should:
Be very fast loading
Not include JavaScript or Flash
Very simple to navigate
Optimized for multiple browsers and mobile compatibility
Secure

What I require:
A concise Step by step guide from start to finish on how to get this website designed, developed and up and running
Including ALL requirements, registrations etc
Also include the list of skills needed to get the site designed and developed.

Further information required will be available for those that have read this and are interested.

NOTE: I do not require a website to be built, just advice on how to.

For fast loading you need PHP CodeIgniter Framework. You can not ignore Javascript, it is very useful.

  These days all the fancy creation on sites is using jQuery(extension of JavaScript) so it is necessary to use it. They don't slow down the site speed. There are lot more of other measures which should be taken care of for speed point of view.
