I'm currently managing the rollout of Google G Suite to a large, high-tech, enterprise and need creative help designing promotional material. I'm looking for someone to create a series of posters that will be used in print format on walls as well as on digital displays across dozens of locations. I'm looking for posters to be engaging, connect users to G Suite products, quick to understand, and encourage user action. They should be easily recognizable, quick to understand, and fun. I would like to start with two posters in the 11x17in and 24x36in sizes in portrait orientation for print and landscape orientation for digital signage. We have already rolled out Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms to our users. We are now in the process of driving adoption for Google Chat, Keep, Meet with our next promotional push that will be driving use and adoption of Gmail.

Here is a list of ideas for promotional posters ordered by priority:
i. Set (pic of task bar) Quick Launch Icons and Save files (Filestream icon) with FileStream
ii. Chat (chat icon) with others & Keep (Keep icon) your notes
iii. Login (Chrome icon) to Chrome & Learn (G Suite training icon) about G Suite
iv. Share (Share button) with others & See (Pic of people in a doc) who’s editing
V. Encourage use of Docs, Sheets, Slides over Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

I’m open to other ideas if you’ve already run a past promotional campaign for Google G Suite.

Attached is a very simple example of a couple thoughts for posters with icons and actions and a couple pictures of areas where we will be using the posters.

Winner of this could become the primary graphic designer for the rest of our G Suite rollout and many more application launches and adoption campaigns in the future.
