We have a small apartment building in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. We're looking for a designer/architect to help us with upcoming exterior building renovations. We primarily are looking for direction concerning exterior paint colors, window blinds, and options to cover up the open space on the building. We're part of a large real estate management firm, so outside of this project, we have many future opportunities for the right designer as well.

A render or photoshopped image of the current building (photo attached) is preferred, but we'd accept written design ideas well.

We're interested in a modern design (so far we have only explored a white exterior, such as #edece6, with blue window shutters, such as #89a4ad, but we're open to any options). To cover up the extra real estate on the building exterior, we were considering wooden panels or additional window shutters, but we'd like to see other ideas too.

I've attached a few photos of the current building exterior (880 St Charles.jpg/exterior.jpg/trial.jpg) as well as photos of a nearby building that we've liked as a model (IMG_2091.jpg), but we're open to any great ideas.

  Hi Sina, we need to keep the brick walls, but we can change the window shudders. Material can be added to the brick, however, such as wooden siding to cover up the open space.
