I need a one page website design to use dohop affiliate system.
This is the searchbox script.

I donot need any logo design.
I do not have any example site. http://www.premiumpsd.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Royal-flight-web-template.jpg can be a simple example

But http://www.istanbulflights.org/ is a basic one. I do not want the same one.
For different cities and countries can be designed.
header and footer must be designed separately.

2nd, 3rd and 4th designs also have chance.
