Hello, I am looking for some one to build me a financial model on excel that allows me to calculate current net worth with different scenarios from different categories . The Goal is to be able to adjust all or one item on these tabs to give me a summary at different length of time financial situation will look like. Also Being able to adjust the length of time looking at to see .
Separate tabs regarding
Real estate (Cash flow and appreciation with debt servicing and expense deductions )Want to be able to Add and or take away summary bars. So if I have 1 unit 5 years but want to see if I add a property at 10 years what does that then do to my projection.
Portfolio ( Rate of return, to cost associated with holding portfolio) , Being able to add different sums at different time lengths.
Savings ( Simple Savings)
Debt ( Cost of current liability's,) Tied to Real estate if Added a new property to the tab gets included as a debt. Syncs with this tab.
Income ( Gross to net income Calculator)
Summary of Each Category in ROR, as well as Current Assets and liabilities with different Time tables to see Graph.
