We need a versatile, corporate logo that works in colour and black and white.

Colours: must incorporate strong orange colour
Suggest the complementing colours of charcoal, off white and black.

Needs to incorporate the letters/acronym O M G with the words Omni-channel Media Group underneath
This is a logo for a corporation so needs to have a degree of seriousness about it but at the same time needs to demonstrate that we are an innovative social/digital media company.
This could be achieved with a symbol in front of the acronym.

Meaning behind the name:

Omni means lots
Omni-channel - we use lots of channels
Media - entertainment, videos, online learning, social media and articles
Group - more than one stream of products/brands are part of the group.

Logo to be part of the style guide - style guide must include minimum of two primary colours, two secondary colours and two fonts (highlights and regular text). How to use the logo in full colour, black and white and reverse.
