A5 flyer design, double sided.
mainly text, some images and logos
basic, clear, concise design
simplicity is important

the text on the flyer is limited so i really want each phrase to stand out
my company details do not need to stand out- the text should be suitably enticing to make the reader want to find out more.

text side 1-
'Buy To Let landlord?'
'What would you spend £1378 on?'
'3 nights NYC for 2 people?
6 nights in Majorca, family holiday, five stars?'
'or Letting Agent fees?'

text side 2-
'our landlords each saved on average £1378 last year'

logo attached, plus an image of NYC and Majorca (if required)

we are trying to say, 'use us for property management and you could save enough money to go on a really nice holiday each year'
