Resumen del concurso

Our non-profit organization does specialty medical referrals for people who are poor and uninsured. We work through a system of free and charitable clinics who's physicians see patients for primary care at no charge. When the patient needs additional services (ie xrays, labwork, or imaging all the way to surgery or cancer treatment), the primary care doctor sends a referral to WeCareJax and we coordinate with a network of more than 500 specialty physicians and 6 different hospital systems to get the patient treated free of charge. All services are donated. It's a fairly complex system and we would like an infographic to help explain what we do.

I'd like a graphic that creates a visual of how our organization interacts and collaborates to create a system of care for the uninsured. The interactions of the primary care clinics, the specialty physicians, the hospitals and WeCareJax. Don't need data, just process. Does that help?
