We are Shang Investment group and we are into real estate business.

We want to have a conveyor belt style of an organizational chart that includes the process flow of each department.

I want to have the attached drawing to be laid out in an editable file just in case we need to change our work process flow. (we want files in powerpoint or word)

Ensure that it is clear which channel of information is flowing. Example If the CEO tells the Acquisitions department to find a house and get it under contract, then that is the communication channel. When Acquisitions get a house under contract that is Data(document) flow.

Each department should have a channel that feeding of data/communication coming in and going out to next department. The flow of information should flow like a conveyor belt. Again, the channels are communication(direction/chain of command) and Data(documents).
