Only graphic design / HTML Template, no portal coding needed.
We would like a portal design based on the following information:

Must respect:
- Responsive format with Tablet & Smartphone adaptation
- Provide all of these formats: Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator (sliced parts), HTML5(with images folders) and PNG
- Define HTML5 zones (Head, body, content, bar footer etc.)
- Writings: embedded or converted into vector graphics and/or provide font files
- Preferred primary colours: gray, blue, brown, black, white

General presentation:
Use one or both of the following example images as main background:

Use the main logo of the FMEL (see attached files) and maybe the service providers’ logo “World-Connect”

- A Logo or name of the site "Atrium" or " Maison d’Atrium "
- Fields: Username & Password
- Ckeckbox : “I accepte the internet agreement”
- Link : Free access pages/urls

  The file format is .sketch pretty much all the advanced developer and designers use is so I dont think you would have a problem but still I thought it is better confirm than assume.

Desktop version at #1 ; Mobile at #2 ; Tablet at #3 .... Midway through the upload I realized the person's feet should be near to the ground hence changed design to the one like #4 ... Anything can be changed. It is already in HTML and CSS so your developer can use it straight away without any extra work.
