We have a large real estate residential development and need to create its logo and identity.

The Logo will be used throughout the project website and marketing materials, be embedded into some of the architectural design decisions, and eventually be at the entrance of the residential complex once construction is done.

Here is all the info you might need to submit a proposal:
- Name of the Residential Development: Altana

- Meaning of Altana: Altana is a loggia, covered roof-terrace or belvedere, common in medieval Venice and still seen nowadays throughout Venice - beautiful wooden terraces decorating the rooftops. They are often situated on fine columns of bricks. Often full of flowers or hanging plants with some chairs and a table, a good place to gather with friends and family. Please see images attached.

- Location: The residential development is located in Cartagena, Colombia, a tropical city in the Caribbean. It is located in a new city development in the suburbs, a grand master plan to create a

- About the project: The residential development is focused on Young Professionals and Young Families... it caters to the active Millenial lifestyle, a generation that is heavily influenced by the use of Technology, Connectivity, Sense of Community, Social Responsibility, Healthy Lifestyles, and the constant need for new Experiences. Logo and Image must portray the following characteristics...

a. Modern
b. Young and Active
d. Luxury and Elegance

- Logos from Competitors in the Area: Just for reference, attached are the Logos from some of the other residential projects in the area. These projects DO NOT have the same focus or characteristics as Altana, but they represent important competition nonetheless. The objective is NOT to imitate, but to create something better than the competition that reflects the essence of our project.
