  To be honest, I don't know. The point is this is just a shape, without the star in the middle, different color... There was a burger close to my house called Arcade Burger, the logo was the shape of the PacMan... Anyway, I don't want to cause you future problems, I believe you would need to ask a license specialist (or a lawyer maybe?)
