We are launching a mobile app software product in the healthcare space. The mobile app will help individuals facing multiple illness track and monitor the many aspects of living with chronic disease, which we know can be overwhelming and difficult. This app is designed to help people.

We have a brand name, a color palette, and a font for you to work with.
