DEAR FREELANCERS,
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ENTRY SUBMISSIONS!
SADLY, IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SOME ENTRIES SHOWS, THAT FREELANCERS DIDN'T READ JOB DESCRIPTION (FILE: we are looking for Architect ....).
SO, I HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE MY OWN DESIGN (file: Newest Design) (using basic Paint software on my compt.) COPY AND PASTE. MEASUREMENTS ARE INCLUDED ON THE IMAGE (only outside measurements and some inside), THE REST YOU NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE DESIGN MUST FIT ON THE PROPERTY USING STATE/COUNTY SETBACKS (use File: Survey Photo setback). THE HOUSE NEEDS TO BE BACK TO THE MAXIMUM, WHAT EVER SETBACKS PERMITS.

- NOW THAT I DID ALL THE HARD WORK, HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET SOME DECENT DESIGNS!

- THE ENTRY WITH MOST INFO, MOST DETAILS HAS BEST CHANCE IN WINNING THIS CONTEST!

    Hi, I have noticed that the plan you uploaded isn't to scale (which is fine) but I entered the room sizes into chief and I could be wrong but I don't think it will work 100%. Do you mind if I change some of the room sizes slightly so it is a bit more functional? It will still be the same layout you wanted. If you use chief (which I guess you do seeing as you would accept that format) I can send you the .plan file for you to tweak before I get started on the smaller details, elevations and 3D's.

      plan I uploaded is not to scale. I was playing around with very basic Paint windows program, I was copy and paste some plans, and came with plan I uploaded. So I was hoping someone can improve, so It would fit on the property. I don't mind changes suggestions. Thanks

    I have uploaded survey plan with setbacks on the plan! Hopefully this will clear many thing. I have received several designs, where the driveway is located, in the location of the electrical box area. Please, check NEW updated survey plan. Thank You.

    If you can provide complete drawing set with engineering, a/c drawing, electrical, plumbing, etc... so I can just take the plans to my local building department and get a permit, I will increase the prize. If you can NOT, please do not ask for more money.

    Nice project but please #IncreasePrize you are asking for professional architects to design 3500sf with floor plans + cross sections plans + facade plans + interior and exterior renders. 3500sf/$320=$10.9 to low

    Contest is for " Contemporary 2 story Home Design". Detailed request is in one of the files! Just uploaded site plan (survey) in PDF format. To enter your design for the contest, must be Contemporary/Modern design. Must show 1st floor and 2nd floor layout. The layout of the design must be according to the file "we are looking...". -- Must show dimensions (interior & exterior), must show exterior of the house (ALL 4 sides). Winning entry then must provide 3d walk through of the plan (interior).

      Thanks for replying. The file you upload has low resolution and we are not able to read the content. This file source has a .dwg, autocad compatible file,which you can request from the responsible engineer or architect. If you can't please upload the survey in pdf so we can vizualize it. Thanks sir

    Hi,

    Am I understanding you right? Once the layout is confirmed you'd require 3d renderings of the interior as well as exterior and all of these during the competition stage? Is it so?

      Sorry if my profile is not up to date, I do residential as well, in fact all of the projects I currently have are residential. I work on two house extension projects now, one is in Brooklyn and the other one is in Boston. Please confirm the list of final deliverables. Thank you.

      Dear CCEARC, entrance will be from the street #1. Each floor height is 10' high. Maximum house height is 30'.
